Seaweed can be good for your heart and also improves other aspects of your health. To include seaweed in your diet, consider nori and dried kelp, which are both rich sources of iodine.
Seaweed is good for you in much the same way that other vegetables are good for you. It can be included in a diet that supports heart health but it won't cure heart disease.
